No. It only changes the spaces and blank lines you choose to clean; it never generates or rewrites content.
How are words counted?
Each run of Latin letters and digits counts as one word, and every Chinese character, Japanese kana or kanji and Korean syllable counts as one. It’s meant as a quick reference and may differ from the counts platforms use for billing or posting limits.
